Our Approach

Participatory Community Based Approach

We place beneficiaries at the core of assessment, planning, and implementation. Influencing & advocacy for long-term sustainability β€” ensuring communities are architects of their own change.

Our work

Thematic Focus Areas

Driving holistic change through targeted, inclusive programs.

Leadership & Governance

Cultivating leadership engagement by supporting youth, women and PWDs to organize as change agents. We facilitate spaces for communities to engage with local and national government, influencing policies and achieving desired changes.

Environmental Conservation & Climate Justice

Awareness on environmental interdependence & social-economic issues, promoting responsible consumption (SDG 12). Focus on climate change mitigation, adaptation, early warning, and advocacy to integrate climate measures into county & national policies.

Economic Opportunities & Rehabilitation

Boosting economic productivity through entrepreneurship development, market-driven capacity building, startup support, and rehabilitating youth from drug/substance abuse using sports and alternative livelihoods.

Agriculture & Food Security

Garden clinics (plant health advisory), home-based micro-irrigation, village food banks, and farmer cooperatives. Supporting vulnerable families to achieve year-round sustainable food production.

Education & Social Protection

Inclusive & equitable quality education (SDG 4) especially for children with disabilities. Community-based protection system empowering women, girls to prevent all forms of abuse: early marriages, FGM, gender-based violence, and sexual exploitation.
