Our approach to cultivating leadership engagement is to encourage and support spaces that enable youth, women, and PWDs to organize as leaders and engage with local and national government to achieve desired change in their communities. We host trainings, workshops training, mentorship and cross learning opportunities in order to strengthen their political leadership skills.

In addition, we advocate for legal and policy reforms that strengthen inclusive leadership, transparency, and citizen participation in governance.
