Funded by Konrad Adenaeur Stiftung Foundation the seminars aimed to have constructive dialogues with selected youth change makers from local civil society organizations on priority county and national legislations. The main output was a policy brief developed. The clarion call for the policy brief were 1. Effective ways to empower the youth to foster economic growth in rural areas 2. Youth participation in policy formulation, public budget participatory and decision making.
